These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Telosaris ("Telosaris", the "Service"), including the application at app.telosaris.ai. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Telosaris is a private, AI-assisted career-intelligence service that helps you understand your career, discover opportunities, prepare for interviews, and manage your job search. Features and content are personalized using information you provide.
The Service is currently offered as a private beta, by invitation. This section applies for as long as your access is a beta invitation, and it sits alongside the rest of these Terms rather than replacing any of it. The current version of this section is 2026-08-21, which is the version you are asked to accept when you redeem an invitation.
As is, and subject to change. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It may change, break, or be discontinued at any time, and it may contain errors or interruptions. Please keep your own copies of anything important.
No support or availability commitment. There is no service level, no uptime commitment, and no guaranteed response to questions or problem reports. We may suspend or withdraw beta access at any time, with or without notice. None of that changes your rights over your own content, which are set out in section 5 and in the Privacy Policy: you can read, export, and delete what you have put into the Service for as long as you have access to it, and we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export it before withdrawing access where it is within our control to do so.
Confidentiality. The beta gives you sight of features and behaviour that are not public. Please do not publish screenshots, recordings, or descriptions of unreleased parts of the Service, and please do not share your access with anyone else. This does not restrict you from saying that you use Telosaris, from discussing your own experience of it in general terms, or from disclosing anything that is already public or that you are required by law to disclose. It ends when the relevant feature becomes publicly available.
Feedback. If you send us feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without restriction and without any obligation to you. We would rather have your honest opinion than your intellectual property: this covers comments about the Service, and it does not give us any rights over your career information, your documents, or anything else you store in the Service, which remain yours under section 5.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account and sign-in credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or in violation of others' rights; upload content you do not have the right to provide; attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or use it to harass, deceive, or harm others. When you add information about other people (such as contacts), you confirm you are permitted to provide it and to have us process it in order to provide the Service to you.
You retain ownership of the content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant Telosaris a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — including sending it to the AI and infrastructure providers described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for Your Content and for keeping your own copies of anything important.
The Service uses AI to generate research, assessments, and suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and may misjudge a situation. It is provided for your information only and is not legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice, and no particular outcome (such as a job offer) is promised. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding what to act on; nothing is sent or acted on outside the app without your confirmation.
The Service integrates with third parties (for example, Google and LinkedIn sign-in, and messaging or email providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Telosaris — including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content) — is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no right in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is incorporated into these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telosaris will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of Telosaris is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date; your continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
