Telosaris ("Telosaris", "we", "us") provides a private career-intelligence service that helps senior professionals manage their careers. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Telosaris application at app.telosaris.ai and to this website.

We use your information to provide, personalize, and improve the service; to power your AI coach, research, and recommendations; to send notifications and service emails you have asked for; to respond to support requests; to keep the service secure and prevent abuse; and to comply with law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Telosaris is an AI product. To provide it, we share the content necessary to fulfil your requests with a small set of processors who act on our instructions:
These providers process data under their own terms and only as needed to deliver the service.
If you sign in with Google, we access only your email address and basic profile, and only to authenticate you and maintain your account. Telosaris's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it except as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
We share personal information only: with the service providers above; to comply with law or a valid legal request; to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the service; or in connection with a business transfer, with notice to you. We never sell your data.
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your content at any time from within the app (including a "Clear all data" option), and you can request deletion of your account. When you delete data or your account, we remove it from our active systems; residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our routine backup cycle.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise many of these directly in the app, or contact us at privacy@telosaris.ai and we will respond as required by applicable law.
We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls that scope every record to your own account, and administrative safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We and our providers may process your information in the United States and other countries, whose data-protection laws may differ from yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We use strictly necessary cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences (such as panel layout). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Telosaris is intended for professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date; we will communicate significant changes in the app or by email.
